Minsk, December 01, 2024 – The Europe Today: Belarusian products were prominently showcased at the 6th Zhejiang (Wenzhou) International Import Expo, with the participation of the Belarusian Embassy in China. The exposition, organized by the Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government, saw the Belarusian national pavilion set up in collaboration with Chinese partners.
The exhibition featured a diverse array of Belarusian goods, offering attendees a glimpse into the country’s renowned products. Notable items on display included confectionery from Kommunarka, Spartak, and Slodych, dairy products from Bellakt and Minskaya Marka, cereals from Vitba, canned meats from Kvinfood, and alcoholic beverages from Minsk Kristall, Brest Liquor, and the Vodka Plant Belalko.
During the event, the Belarusian delegation engaged in discussions with business representatives, focusing on the export of Belarusian goods to Zhejiang Province and the potential import of Chinese products to Belarus. Key topics of conversation included enhancing logistics chains and the creation of joint ventures for the production of ready-to-eat food products within the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, as well as in free economic zones in Belarus.
The expo served as an important platform for strengthening trade relations between Belarus and China, fostering greater cooperation and exploring new avenues for business expansion in both nations.
