Minsk, January 1, 2025 – The Europe Today: Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko extended warm New Year greetings to citizens and guests of Belarus in a heartfelt address delivered from the Palace of Independence, expressing gratitude for the achievements of the past year and optimism for the future.

Reflecting on the achievements of 2024, President Lukashenko expressed gratitude to Belarusian farmers, producers, and artists for their contributions to the nation. He also acknowledged the efforts of builders and designers in enhancing the beauty and comfort of Belarusian cities and towns, which he described as the country’s “calling card” admired by visitors.
