Beijing, June 19, 2025 – The Europe Today: Today, Mr. Awais Raoof, Chairman of the Board of Governors at the University of Lahore (UOL) along with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, CEO of RK Consultants, Islamabad and Mr. Hiu David Chu, CEO of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China visited State Key Laboratory of Alternate Electrical Power System with Renewable Energy Sources Engineering and met with Mr. Peng Yuehui, Vice Director of State Key Laboratory of Alternate Electrical Power System with Renewable Energy Sources Engineering in Beijing, China.
Mr. Peng Yuehui warmly welcomed the Pakistani delegation and delivered a detailed presentation on the laboratory’s ongoing projects, innovations, and contributions to renewable energy systems. He highlighted the lab’s advancements in alternate electrical power systems, including solar, wind, and hybrid energy solutions, emphasizing China’s commitment to green energy development. The discussion also covered potential joint research initiatives, academic exchanges, and technology transfer opportunities between the University of Lahore and Chinese research institutions.
