Tashkent, August 07, 2024, The Europe Today: The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is scheduled to embark on a state visit to Kazakhstan from August 7 to 9, according to a report by NHC.
During his visit, President Mirziyoyev will attend the sixth consultative meeting of Central Asian leaders and the “Central Asia + Japan” summit, both set to take place in Astana. These high-level meetings aim to foster regional cooperation and dialogue among Central Asian countries and between Central Asia and Japan.
This visit is anticipated to further solidify the alliance, friendship, and good neighborly relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Both nations have been actively working to enhance their diplomatic and economic ties, and this state visit marks another significant step in that direction.
