Islamabad, September 20, 2024, The Europe Today: Today, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) along with Advocate Raja Muqsit Nawaz who is the Secretary General of PRCCSF and a prominent Lawyer, visited the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Pakistan, and had a meeting with His Excellency Jemal Beker Abdula, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Pakistan.
During the meeting, H.E. Jemal Beker Abdula commended Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram for his efforts in enhancing regional connectivity and working on research projects related to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
It was agreed that the PRCCSF and Ethiopian research centers would collaborate on research and academic initiatives aimed at promoting mutual interests in trade, economy, and other relevant areas. Both parties also expressed a keen interest in undertaking joint projects that would benefit Ethiopia and Pakistan, and they agreed to foster people-to-people contacts.
Pakistan and Ethiopia enjoy strong and friendly relations, and they are emerging as significant trading partners with robust cooperation across various fields.
