Gabala, October 7, 2025 – The Europe Today: Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, arrived in Azerbaijan today to participate in the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
A ceremonial guard of honor was lined up to receive the Turkmen leader at Gabala International Airport.
At the airport, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was warmly welcomed by Azerbaijani Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, along with other senior officials.
The summit brings together leaders of Turkic-speaking countries to discuss regional cooperation, economic development, and cultural collaboration.
