Islamabad, November 25, 2025 – The Europe Today: On 24th November 2025, Mr. Zahid Rafique, Chairman of Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., hosted a dinner-meeting in Islamabad in honour of His Excellency Khazar Farhadov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan. The Ambassador was accompanied by Mr. Samir Ahmadli, Deputy Head of Mission. The meeting marked a significant step toward enhancing bilateral relations and exploring collaborative ventures in various sectors, particularly in real estate and other diversified areas.
Throughout the discussion, Mr. Rafique outlined Habib Rafiq Engineering’s strategic vision for engaging in Azerbaijan’s burgeoning real estate market. His Excellency Khazar Farhadov praised Habib Rafiq Engineering as a diversified group that can play a significant role in the socio-economic development of Azerbaijan. He acknowledged the potential for collaborative projects that not only strengthen business ties but also contribute to the long-term friendship between the two countries.
