Tehran, December 8, 2025 – The Europe Today: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Baku on Sunday at the head of a political delegation for consultations with senior officials of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Araghchi departed Tehran earlier in the evening for the Azerbaijani capital, where he is scheduled to hold meetings with the President and Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, as well as other high-ranking officials.
During the visit, the two sides will discuss bilateral relations between Tehran and Baku and exchange views on key regional and international developments. The trip reflects ongoing diplomatic engagement aimed at strengthening cooperation and enhancing dialogue between the neighbouring countries.
