The tour was attended by Adil Mammadov, Aygun Aliyeva, Ahmad Ismayilov and Rashad Majid, alongside representatives of local and international media organisations and NGOs.

Participants were informed that construction and fit-out works at the venue are now entering the final stage, with the site expected to be fully completed ahead of the opening ceremony of WUF13.
