Ashgabat, July 23, 2026 – The Europe Today: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Italian President Sergio Mattarella on the occasion of his 85th birthday, Turkmen state media reported on Thursday.
