Islamabad, August 29, 2026 – The Europe Today: On August 27, 2026, Mr. Andy Halus, Minister Counselor for Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Embassy, attended the fifth season of the Culture Color Fashion Show as a distinguished guest, presented by NiftySphere Institute of Arts & Design.
During the event, Syed Usman Talha, Advisor to the Federal Minister for Culture of Pakistan and Chief Executive Officer of NIFTY, the National Institute of Arts & Design, held a meaningful conversation with Mr. Halus on culture, bilateral relations and the creative work of the institute’s students.
