PM Shehbaz Sharif Pays Tribute to Quaid-i-Azam on 78th Death Anniversary, Calls for Unity

Islamabad, September 11, 2026 – The Europe Today: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on the 78th anniversary of his death, calling for national unity and collective efforts to realize the vision of the founder of Pakistan.

In his message on the occasion, the Prime Minister paid homage to Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, recalling his exemplary leadership, political wisdom and unwavering commitment to the creation of Pakistan.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the Quaid-i-Azam’s principles of unity, faith and discipline remain essential for Pakistan’s progress and prosperity.

He emphasized the need for the nation to remain united and work collectively to address the challenges facing the country. He said that translating the Quaid-i-Azam’s vision into reality requires dedication, hard work, discipline and a strong sense of national responsibility.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of strengthening democratic institutions, promoting economic development and ensuring social welfare in accordance with the principles and ideals of the country’s founding father.

He urged the nation, particularly the younger generation, to draw inspiration from Quaid-i-Azam’s life and leadership and contribute actively to Pakistan’s development.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the government’s commitment to building a stronger, prosperous and stable Pakistan in line with Quaid-i-Azam’s vision and ideals.
