Uzbek Deputy FM Advances Diplomacy with Belarus, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine Ambassadors

Tashkent, January 06, 2024, The Europe Today: The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov, recently engaged in significant diplomatic discussions with the Ambassadors of Belarus, Leonid Marinich, Turkmenistan, Shadurdy Meredov, and Ukraine, Mykola Doroshenko.

As outlined by the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the deliberations encompassed a comprehensive review of the potential avenues for advancing collaboration between Uzbekistan and these nations across diverse domains, including politics and diplomacy, trade and investment, transport and logistics, culture and tourism, as well as collaborative efforts on international platforms.

Notably, the parties underscored the importance of reinforcing interparliamentary and interregional connections. The meeting also involved a thorough exchange of perspectives on the scheduling and organizational intricacies pertaining to joint events planned at various levels throughout the current year.
