It consolidates data from various sectors, including healthcare, education, transportation, and urban management.
The advanced infrastructure supports the Government’s objectives by enabling transparent and efficient public services, streamlining inter-departmental data exchange, and facilitating fast, data-driven decision-making.
For residents, the centre ensures access to convenient, technology-driven public services, such as electronic health records and digital identification via the VNeID application, while providing real-time updates on urban conditions.
For businesses, the data centre promotes innovation, offering secure and integrated digital tools to enhance competitiveness. It also provides a platform for start-ups to test and implement technological ideas, fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hanoi.
Enhanced Security and Collaboration
The centre’s multi-layered security system safeguards personal data, mitigating the risks of information leaks and misuse. Additionally, it facilitates seamless data sharing between businesses, regulatory authorities, and partners, expanding opportunities for collaboration and large-scale business partnerships.
With this state-of-the-art facility, Hanoi is set to accelerate its journey towards a digital government, laying the groundwork for sustainable urban development and enhancing the quality of life for its residents and businesses.
