Baku, January 19, 2025 – The Europe Today: The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan are set to meet in Türkiye to establish a new trilateral format, according to News Hub Consultants. The announcement was made by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a joint press conference in Baku with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan.
Minister Bayramov highlighted the extensive scope of relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, emphasizing ongoing efforts to deepen bilateral ties.
“Various steps are being taken to further expand these relations. There are close contacts between the Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Türkiye. Despite frequent meetings, new topics continue to emerge,” he stated.
Bayramov also underscored the increasing activity of Turkish companies in Azerbaijan, particularly in the liberated territories, where reconstruction and development projects are underway.
“The growing activity of Turkish companies in these areas should be particularly emphasized,” he added.
The meeting in Türkiye is expected to strengthen cooperation among the three nations, fostering closer ties in political, economic, and cultural spheres.
