Kazakhstan’s Viktor Druzin Wins Gold at World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup

Paris, March 3, 2025 – The Europe Today: Kazakhstan’s Viktor Druzin delivered a stunning performance to claim gold in the Men’s Free Solo event at the opening leg of the World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup in Paris, France, Kazinform News Agency reported, citing the National Olympic Committee.

Druzin returned to the top of the podium with an impressive score of 127.2000, securing victory over his competitors. Greece’s Marios Kritsas took the silver medal with 126.6701 points, while his compatriot Stylianos Fouskis claimed bronze with a score of 123.9413.

Kazakhstan’s success at the event was further highlighted by Eduard Kim, who earlier won a silver medal in the Men’s Solo Technical category with a score of 213.8167.

These achievements mark a strong start for Kazakhstan’s athletes in the 2025 World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup, reinforcing the country’s growing presence in the sport on the international stage.
