Baku, May 26, 2026 – The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has said that Azerbaijan’s international relations are expanding significantly, noting a steady increase in the number of countries seeking cooperation with the country.
Addressing a meeting dedicated to agricultural issues, President Aliyev stated that Azerbaijan enjoys a strong global reputation and a highly positive international image.
“Our international relations are very extensive. The number of countries wishing to cooperate with Azerbaijan is increasing year after year,” he said.
The Azerbaijani leader further noted that the country is widely recognized on the global stage and described Azerbaijan as an emerging middle power.
“We enjoy a very high reputation on a global scale and a very positive image. Azerbaijan is already recognized globally as a middle power, and companies from many countries want to cooperate with us in various fields,” President Aliyev added.
