Islamabad, March 8, 2025 – The Europe Today: Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, His Excellency Alisher Tukhtaev, extended heartfelt greetings to women worldwide on the occasion of International Women’s Day, recognizing their invaluable contributions to society.
In his message, Ambassador Tukhtaev highlighted the unparalleled kindness, love, and strength of women, emphasizing their role in shaping a better world. “Your smile is the greatest inspiration, your care is true magic, and your energy is the power that changes lives!” he stated.
He paid tribute to the women of Uzbekistan, calling them the pride and strength of the nation. He acknowledged the contributions of eminent Uzbek women, including poet Zulfiya Isroilova, diplomat Lola Mukhammadjonova, and medical expert Saodat Sultanova, whose achievements have left a lasting impact in their respective fields.
Ambassador Tukhtaev also lauded the women of Pakistan, describing them as symbols of courage and inspiration. He honored the legacy of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, education activist Malala Yousafzai, and tech prodigy Arfa Karim, emphasizing their groundbreaking contributions.
