Astana, July 4, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to President Donald Trump of the United States on the occasion of U.S. Independence Day, according to a statement from the Akorda press service.
In his message, President Tokayev emphasized that the Fourth of July is a powerful symbol of the resilience and determination of the American people, as well as their steadfast commitment to the principles of freedom and democratic values.
Reaffirming Kazakhstan’s dedication to strengthening its relationship with the United States, the Head of State expressed readiness to further develop the bilateral expanded strategic partnership. He also underlined the importance of deepening multilateral cooperation for the mutual benefit of the two nations.
In closing, President Tokayev conveyed his best wishes to President Donald Trump for continued success in his state duties.
Earlier this week, on July 1, President Tokayev also extended warm congratulations to Governor General of Canada Mary Simon on the occasion of Canada Day, reiterating Kazakhstan’s goodwill and aspirations for continued friendly relations with Canada.
