Alpbach, August 25, 2025 – The Europe Today: On August 24, 2025, Romanian Foreign Minister expressed pride in meeting exceptional young Romanians at the European Forum Alpbach, commending their remarkable academic achievements and passion for public policy, technology, science, and civic activism.
“I felt truly proud that Romania is represented here by intelligent young people with clear ideas and articulate voices. Their energy and perspectives are a real driving force of the discussions in Alpbach,” the minister said.
She highlighted that the active involvement of Romanian youth reflects their commitment to shaping a secure and prosperous Romania, fully anchored in European and Euro-Atlantic values.
The Foreign Minister also encouraged them to continue contributing to the nation’s development and invited them to apply for upcoming competitions for diplomatic positions. “We need young people like them in the diplomatic corps, to build together a modern and dynamic foreign policy,” she added.
