Baku, February 12, 2025 – The Europe Today: President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order approving the action plan for the declaration of 2025 as the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the presidential decree, the Presidential Administration will oversee and coordinate the implementation of the action plan outlined in Part 1 of the order. Furthermore, the Cabinet of Ministers has been directed to address any issues arising from the execution of this directive.
The declaration underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to reinforcing constitutional values and national sovereignty, marking a significant milestone in the country’s legal and governance framework.
