This came after the very stark response of Pakistan, battering India after rendering its reaction capability in effective. The war which India started with huge roar and chest beating became one sided after the calculated response of Pakistan. Pakistan was left with all the India to choose from and devastate at will.
India had no choice other than to send a SOS call to world piety, which came for its rescue, saving its existence as India known to world. This ware has shattered so many dogmas, especially that India will be next heavy weight in the world very soon, whereas India is vulnerable to Pakistan. Ceasefire talks will be conducted soon on some neutral venue. The restrain, maturity and resilience shown by Pakistan in recent war with India is being appreciated by the world. But this will not take long for the people to forget this good work of Pakistan to avoid the nuclear war. This hard-earned blunt victory of Pakistan in military domain needs to be translated into political gains.
It is speculated that the Indus water treaty and Kashmir dispute will be two main discussions point in ceasefire talks. It is suggested that terrorism by India needs to be put on the table with the demand to dismantle all the terror network of India spread over the world, which is manufacturing, planning, financing and abetting terrorism in Pakistan and world over. Talks should also include handing over of Harbiyar Mari and BLA leaders taking refuge in India. If these demands are not met than Pakistan keeps the right to follow the precedence set by India, of unilaterally attacking these terror centers for safeguarding its national interests.
