Parague, January 04, 2024, The Europe Today: Ivan Hašek has assumed the role of the new coach for the Czech national football squad, following unanimous approval by the Czech Football Association’s executive committee on Thursday. At 60 years old, Hašek, who previously briefly led the national team in 2009, takes over from Jaroslav Šilhavý.
His appointment comes with the signing of a contract extending until the conclusion of the World Cup qualification in November next year.
