Helsinki, February 23, 2026 – The Europe Today: Sweden concluded the Winter Olympics with a total of 18 medals, equaling its record set at the Beijing Games four years ago, following standout performances including Ebba Andersson’s five-mile triumph and Team Hasselborg’s curling gold.
The Swedish team secured eight gold, six silver and four bronze medals, slightly improving on its Beijing tally of eight gold, five silver and five bronze medals.

Among Sweden’s gold medalists were:
- Frida Karlsson – Cross-country skiing, skiathlon
- Linn Svahn – Cross-country skiing, sprint
