Astana, January 9, 2025 – The Europe Today: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will participate in the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), scheduled for January 14-15, according to media reports.
The President’s attendance follows an official invitation from UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as confirmed by the press service of Akorda.
The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week is a global platform that brings together world leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss critical issues surrounding sustainability, climate action, and renewable energy. President Tokayev’s participation underscores Kazakhstan’s commitment to fostering international cooperation on sustainability and advancing its green energy agenda.
This engagement also reflects the strengthening bilateral ties between Kazakhstan and the UAE, particularly in areas of shared interest such as sustainable development and innovation.
