Baku, December 6, 2025 – The Europe Today: U.S. President Donald Trump has sent a letter of appreciation to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, thanking him for jointly supporting Trump’s nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize, according to media reports.

In the letter addressed to the Azerbaijani leader, Trump expressed gratitude for the joint initiative undertaken by President Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
