Baku, August 27, 2026 – The Europe Today: Azerbaijan’s Sabah Football Club has expressed its gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for his congratulations on the team’s historic qualification for the league phase of the UEFA Champions League.
In a message published on its official social media account, Sabah FC thanked the President for his attention and support following the club’s achievement, which marks the first time in its history that the team has reached the league phase of Europe’s premier club competition.
