Tokyo, April 16, 2025 — The Europe Today: During his official visit to Japan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Hayashi Nobumitsu, Chairman of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), to explore opportunities for strengthening bilateral ties between Turkmenistan and Japan.
