Islamabad, December 29, 2025 — The Europe Today: The Graduation Ceremony and Farewell of the Foreign Diplomatic Course was held on December 18, 2025, at the Foreign Service Academy, marking the successful completion of the programme by participants from D-8 Member States.
The ceremony was graced by H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, who attended as the chief guest. The event brought together diplomats from Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Türkiye (Turkey), and Azerbaijan, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding among the D-8 countries.
The Foreign Diplomatic Course is designed to enhance professional capacity, diplomatic skills, and regional collaboration among participating diplomats. The programme concluded with a farewell session, acknowledging the achievements of the participants and their commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties among member states.
Among the graduates was Mr. Ahamed Arifin of Malaysia, who successfully completed the course. The ceremony concluded on a note of goodwill, with best wishes extended to all participants for their future diplomatic assignments and continued contributions to international cooperation.
