Tehran Hosts Third Caspian Economic Forum to Strengthen Regional Cooperation

Tehran, February 18, 2025 – The Europe Today: The Third Caspian Economic Forum commenced on Tuesday at the Sa’dabad Cultural and Historical Complex in Tehran, bringing together high-level officials from the Caspian Sea littoral states to enhance regional economic and commercial cooperation.

The two-day forum is hosted by Iranian Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref and attended by the Prime Ministers of Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. Discussions at the event focus on fostering trade, investment, and technological collaboration among the participating nations.

As part of the forum’s agenda, attendees also visited the National Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Achievements of the Islamic Revolution, showcasing Iran’s advancements in various fields.

The Caspian Economic Forum serves as a key platform for strengthening regional partnerships and exploring new opportunities for economic integration among the five littoral states.
