Islamabad, July 31, 2026 – The Europe Today: President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday paid rich tribute to Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah on the occasion of her 133rd birth anniversary, describing her as a trusted companion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and one of the most distinguished leaders of the Pakistan Movement.
In a statement, the President said that Fatima Jinnah remained a steadfast advocate of democratic values and played a pivotal role in inspiring women to actively participate in the freedom movement and contribute meaningfully to national development.
He said her unwavering commitment to democracy, public service, and the welfare of the nation continues to serve as a guiding light for future generations. President Zardari emphasized that her remarkable contributions to Pakistan, democratic principles, and society would always be remembered with deep respect and admiration.
The President also offered prayers to Allah Almighty to elevate the ranks of Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah in Jannat-ul-Firdous.
