This fund will facilitate the implementation of major projects, including the construction of the Turkmenistan Business Center and a resort and recreational facility in Kyrgyzstan.
The decisions were reached during a series of meetings held between Kyrgyz Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Nazarbek Malayev, and several senior Turkmen officials, including Mamedkhan Chakyev, Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications; Babaniyaz Yalakov, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy; Serdar Saparov, Deputy Minister of Energy; Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”; and Atageldy Khaldzhanov, Head of the Department of International Economic Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

One key outcome of the talks was an agreement to hold a series of online meetings involving relevant ministries and agencies to explore mechanisms for streamlining transport, transit, and visa procedures. These measures include unifying transport and transit fees, simplifying export, import, and transit operations, and extending the validity of visas for freight carriers to one year.
