Islamabad, April 17, 2025 — The Europe Today: His Excellency Yerzhan Kistafin, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Pakistan, paid a visit to the National Library of Pakistan on April 15, 2025.
He was warmly received by Raja Javed Iqbal, Director General of the National Library, who provided a detailed briefing on the institution’s vision, mission, and primary functions.
During the visit, Ambassador Kistafin stressed the significance of enhancing bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Pakistan, especially in the areas of literature, culture, and heritage. He also emphasized the promising role of the Turkic Academy in promoting collaborative efforts and cultural exchange between the two nations.
The visit highlighted a shared commitment to deepening mutual understanding and preserving the rich cultural ties that unite Kazakhstan and Pakistan.
