Three Wins in One Night
Touchassie captured the vacant GLORY light heavyweight title after winning three consecutive bouts in a single evening at Rotterdam Ahoy on June 13.
He began his campaign with a decisive victory over Azerbaijan’s Bahram Rajabzadeh in the quarterfinals, followed by a win against Cem Caceres in the semifinals.
In the final, Touchassie defeated Donovan Wisse by decision to secure the world championship title.
The victory improved his professional record to 23 wins and three losses, including 14 knockouts.
Youngest Champion in Division History
At 24 years old, Touchassie became the youngest light heavyweight world champion in GLORY history. The promotion praised his performance, highlighting the physical endurance and mental resilience required to win three high-level fights in one night.
Born in The Hague and representing Morocco, Touchassie had previously challenged for the GLORY light heavyweight title in 2023 but was defeated by Donegi Abena.
