Ashgabat, March 8, 2025 – The Europe Today: On March 7, a telephone conversation took place between Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the discussion, both sides reviewed key issues related to bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the European Union. Special focus was placed on expanding engagement within the Central Asia – European Union format.
The diplomats also exchanged views on the upcoming summit and high-level meetings scheduled for the near future, reaffirming their commitment to furthering mutual collaboration.
