Istanbul, September 29, 2025 – The Europe Today: The 12th Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), themed “Regional Peace and Security,” will convene in Gabala, Azerbaijan, on October 7.
The high-level gathering will bring together the heads of state and government of OTS member and observer countries, along with their respective delegations.
The summit will serve as a platform to deliberate on pressing regional and global challenges, strengthen political, economic, and cultural cooperation, and endorse key documents aimed at deepening unity, peace, and prosperity across the Turkic world.
