Hanoi, May 13, 2024, The Europe Today: Zhao Shitong, Assistant Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, led a delegation from the CPC on a visit to Vietnam from May 12 to 13, at the gracious invitation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). This significant diplomatic engagement underscores the enduring bond between the two fraternal parties and their commitment to fostering mutual understanding and cooperation.
During the visit, Assistant Minister Zhao held constructive discussions with Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee and Chairman of the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations.
