Tashkent, March 8, 2025 – The Europe Today: As part of the 2025 temporary republican calendar plan for sports and mass physical education events, the U-17 Volleyball Championship was successfully held in Uzbekistan, bringing together over 200 athletes from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent city, and various regions.
After an intense competition, the Namangan region’s volleyball team secured 1st place, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan’s team claimed 2nd place. The Jizzakh region’s team finished in 3rd place.
The winners were honored with diplomas and souvenirs, presented by the event organizers, in recognition of their outstanding performances. The championship served as a platform to promote youth sports and foster athletic excellence in Uzbekistan.
